Euro-Matic’s Woven Raschel Net Sacks / Wash Bags (Bale of 500) make the storage, transport, and cleaning of playpen and therapy balls simple. Each bag is manufactured to our own specification using durable Raschel woven material. The lightweight design is strong, reliable, and fitted with a secure drawstring closure. This keeps the contents safe during transport, storage, and washing.
Each sack measures 145cm x 90cm. When used for storage or transport, a bag holds around 700 balls. The Raschel weave is tough enough to resist tears or rips, giving you a safe and spill-free solution for handling large quantities.
For cleaning, the sacks are ideal with our BBW2020 Ball Cleaning Machine or for manual washing. For best washing performance, we recommend loading up to ~500 balls per sack to allow free circulation of water and detergent and to achieve a thorough, consistent clean.
After washing, the integrated drawstring makes each bag easy to hang so the balls can air-dry naturally before returning to service. This simple workflow helps sites maintain high hygiene standards while extending the usable life of their ball-pit equipment.
