If you’re not completely happy with your order, you have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return the item. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • It must be returned in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a refund.
 

How Refunds Work

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email that it has arrived. After inspection:

  • If approved, we will process your refund using your original payment method (e.g. credit card or bank transfer).
  • The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on your card issuer or bank.

Please note: Refunds are issued only for eligible returns in line with this policy.

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning an item. These costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the total refund amount.
