What a year. From new products to record online orders, 2025 has been packed with colour, innovation and a lot of very happy customers.
Here is your Euro-Matic UK Wrapped 2025, with key moments, some data, and plenty of ideas for your next project.
We launched our pearl balls and they flew. Red, purple, green and blue brought a classy sheen to playpen balls, creating a premium look in soft play photos and videos. Demand was strong enough that pearl balls are now a regular stocked item. If you want your playpen balls to look extra special, this finish is the simple upgrade that gets noticed.
Hygiene is non-negotiable, so the launch of our Pure-Matic ball cleaning machine was a milestone. Built for busy venues, it cleans up to 15,000 balls per hour, reduces over 95% of bacteria, and uses around 100 litres of water per cycle. It is compact at 130cm × 65cm × 115cm, weighs 60 kg, and can be run by one person. With brushes for 75mm and 80 mm balls and safety features on the suction and cleaning units, Pure-Matic makes ball pit cleaning faster and more consistent for soft play operators and suppliers.

This year we supported exciting brand work, including Big Brother and ELF the Musical, proving once again that branded balls are a powerful way to grab attention at scale. From custom print to special colours, we help creative teams bring bold ideas to life.
Our ongoing partnerships kept rolling too. We continued to work with The Koi Magazine on pool insulation balls and with Surface World on Croffles (technical balls), showing the versatility of our range from fisheries to plating lines.
We met lots of you at IAAPA Expo Europe, ChemUK Expo, Association of Indoor Play Conference, the Land, Leisure and Tourism Show, and the Leisure Supplies Show. A huge well done to Helena, who won at the IE 100 Awards for Best Business Woman of the Year. We also took home the E2 Media Award for Excellence for Best Ball Manufacturer 2025. Recognition like this is a credit to the entire team and to our customers who trust our products every day.
We’ve had lots of repeat customers, strong UK and Ireland coverage, and Euro-Matic balls travelling further than ever.
We processed 900+ orders. England led the way with 750+, followed by Wales 40+, Scotland 30+ and Ireland 30+. That is 97% across the UK and Ireland. We also shipped worldwide, including Portugal, Spain, Greece, France, Poland, Chile, Netherlands, USA, India, UAE and across South America.
Top English hotspots were London, Cheshire and Lancashire. Our busiest month was May, followed by October and January.
